What types of restorations does Smile Fusion offer?
We offer crowns, bridges, veneers, partials, full dentures, flippers, immediate dentures, night guards, bleaching trays, ortho retainers, and implant restorations — all fully digital.
Can you do full arch implant restorations?
Yes. We specialize in full arch implant restorations and provide high-precision digital workflows for both provisional and final prosthetics.
Do you offer same-day services?
While we do not currently offer same-day production, we provide expedited services with turnaround as fast as 72 hours for select cases upon request.
Digital Workflow & File Submission
Which scanners are compatible with Smile Fusion?
We accept files from TRIOS 5, iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Planmeca, and other major intraoral scanners. STL, PLY, and OBJ files are supported.
How do I submit a digital case?
Simply upload your files through our HIPAA-compliant online portal. No shipping required.
Can I include photos and notes with the digital scan?
Absolutely. You can attach clinical photos, Rx forms, and written notes directly in the portal.
Turnaround & Delivery
What is your average turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time is 5–7 business days for most restorations. Dentures and implants may vary depending on case complexity.
Billing & Accounts
Do you offer volume discounts for DSOs or multi-office groups?
Yes. We offer custom pricing and billing solutions for multi-location practices and DSOs.
How do I receive invoices and track payments?
All invoices are delivered digitally through our portal. You can also track case status and billing history in one dashboard.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards and can set up auto-billing for convenience.
Support & Case Issues
What happens if a restoration doesn’t fit?
We stand behind our work. If there’s a fit issue, we will remake the case promptly — at no charge if due to lab error.

Our main lab is located at 5001 Crown Manor Pl, Suite 206, Louisville, KY 40218, but we serve dental practices nationwide.

Yes — we are 100% digital. No physical impressions are required, and all communications, submissions, and billing are handled online.
