I already have a lab, why would I switch?

Will switching labs disrupt my workflow?

No. We keep the transition controlled with structured onboarding, scanner support, and preference capture, so your first cases feel straightforward.

What does “10 days or less” actually mean?

It means end-to-end, from when you submit the case to when it’s delivered to your door. It’s not just lab production time. We build our workflow to keep the entire timeline predictable.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Delivery is included, so you’re not hit with unexpected shipping costs.

Will a digital lab feel impersonal?

No. You’ll have real access to real people with responsive communication, so you can get answers quickly and keep cases on track.

Do you send cases overseas?

No. We keep production U.S.-based and use American supplies.

How do you keep cases consistent over time?

What types of restorations does Smile Fusion offer?

We offer crowns, bridges, veneers, partials, full dentures, flippers, immediate dentures, night guards, bleaching trays, ortho retainers, and implant restorations — all fully digital.

Can you do full arch implant restorations?

Yes. We specialize in full arch implant restorations and provide high-precision digital workflows for both provisional and final prosthetics.

Do you offer same-day services?

While we do not currently offer same-day production, we provide expedited services with turnaround as fast as 72 hours for select cases upon request.

Digital Workflow & File Submission

Which scanners are compatible with Smile Fusion?

We accept files from TRIOS 5, iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Planmeca, and other major intraoral scanners. STL, PLY, and OBJ files are supported.

How do I submit a digital case?

Simply upload your files through our HIPAA-compliant online portal. No shipping required.

Can I include photos and notes with the digital scan?

Absolutely. You can attach clinical photos, Rx forms, and written notes directly in the portal.

Turnaround & Delivery

What is your average turnaround time?

Our average turnaround time is 5–7 business days for most restorations. Dentures and implants may vary depending on case complexity.

Billing & Accounts

Do you offer volume discounts for DSOs or multi-office groups?

Yes. We offer custom pricing, consolidated billing options, and clear volume-based discounts for multi-location practices, built to keep costs predictable.

How do I receive invoices and track payments?

All invoices are delivered digitally through our portal. You can also track case status and billing history in one dashboard.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and can set up auto-billing for convenience.

What happens if a restoration doesn’t fit?

We stand behind our work. If there’s a fit issue, we will remake the case promptly — at no charge if due to lab error.

Can I get help setting up my scanner to send cases?

Yes! We offer live onboarding support to help configure your scanner settings and streamline your workflow.

Are you a fully digital lab?

Yes, Smile Fusion is fully digital. Cases are submitted as scans, and case communication, tracking, and billing are handled online for a faster, more predictable workflow.
