Digital Designer
- Review IOS scans for quality and completeness.
- Adjust bite registrations and occlusion using AI tools.
- Mark preparation margins accurately in digital workflows.
- Refine occlusion to meet prosthetic design standards.
- Upload files and manage cases from design to production.
- Enhance AI-generated designs manually in 3Shape.
- Inspect final digital designs for fit, function, and quality.
Digital Production Specialist

Manage CAM nesting, milling, and 3D printing workflows.

Operate and maintain milling machines and 3D printers for dental models.

Produce 3D printed denture cases, and digital restorations.

Organize and track daily production outputs, ensuring deadlines are met.

3D printer and milling unit regular maintenance.
Lab Technician Fixed or Removable
- Consult with Digital Production members and read dental prescriptions to determine the design of dental products, such as crowns, bridges, veneers, partials, dentures, flippers, retainers, night guards, implants and full arches.
- Use dental tools and equipment to create dental prosthetics, using the best ceramic and layered zirconia materials.
- Shape, detail, and finish ceramic restorations to mimic the appearance of real teeth
- Examine dental prosthetics to ensure they meet specific standards and specifications
- Apply glaze and heat dental prosthetics in ovens to harden and set the final product
- Repair or alter dental prosthetics based on dentists’ feedback and patients’ needs
- Ensure all dental products adhere to dental and health standards
- Maintain and clean dental lab equipment and workstations
