- Review IOS scans for quality and completeness.
- Adjust bite registrations and occlusion using AI tools.
- Mark preparation margins accurately in digital workflows.
- Refine occlusion to meet prosthetic design standards.
- Upload files and manage cases from design to production.
- Enhance AI-generated designs manually in 3Shape.
- Inspect final digital designs for fit, function, and quality.
Digital Production Specialist

Manage CAM nesting, milling, and 3D printing workflows.

Operate and maintain milling machines and 3D printers for dental models.

Produce 3D printed denture cases, and digital restorations.

Organize and track daily production outputs, ensuring deadlines are met.

3D printer and milling unit regular maintenance.
Lab Technician
- Finish ceramic and Zirconia crowns
- Stain and glaze experience.
- Finish crowns in the green state.
- Perform high-quality staining, glazing, and QC on complex cases.
- Collaborate with the team on patient-specific restorations requiring attention to detail.
